Siemens Process Automation User Community Schedules 2003 Conference
SPRING HOUSE, Pa., Jan. 21, 2003 - The Siemens Process Automation User Community will hold its annual conference in Baltimore, Md., October 8-10, 2003. The Siemens user conference is open to all users of Siemens process automation systems. This annual event is an opportunity for the users of Siemens APACS+™, APS, PCS, SIMATIC® APT, SIMATIC IT, SIMATIC PCS 7, SIMATIC PCS 7 OSx, SIMATIC S7-F and QUADLOG® process automation systems to exchange information, learn from each other, and provide feedback to Siemens. Representatives from companies around the globe, using Siemens process automation systems, attend this annual event.
The program will include presentations and discussions lead by User Community members, as well as Siemens experts. Preceding the user conference, on October 6-7, Siemens Customer Training will offer several in-depth training courses on Siemens process automation and safety systems.
The user conference and pre-conference training sessions will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. The hotel is a full-service, downtown conference hotel located on the waterfront in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Baltimore's Inner Harbor is one of America's oldest seaports and is conveniently located just minutes from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport and Amtrak's Penn Station.
Since the 1600's, the Baltimore Harbor has been welcoming people, ships and goods from all over the world. There is something for everyone in Baltimore. You can travel back through time at the Maryland Historical Society, into the future at the Maryland Science Center, far beneath the ocean at the National Aquarium and as far as the stars at the Davis Planetarium.
