Fail Safe Control safety system certified for fire and gas applications
TÜV Germany has approved and certified the Fire and Gas Solution for the Honeywell FSC™ Fail Safe Control safety system on compliance with the NFPA (U.S. National Fire Protection Association) 72 standard in March 2003. The FSC safety system has been approved by TÜV for fire and gas applications since 1995. This original approval was based on compliance with the EN 54-2 standard, the European equivalent of the NFPA 72.
The renewed Fire and Gas Solution manuals now include and describe compliance of the Fire and Gas Solution with both standards. The F&G Solution for the FSC safety system can be fully integrated in the Honeywell TotalPlant® Solution (TPS) system or the Honeywell Experion PKS™ system.
