ELOP II-NT on Windows NT® Basis
With ELOP II-NT HIMA has now a software package that is both intelligent and powerful. Based on IEC 61131-3, it offers at the same time considerable cost advantages. It combines the different steps from the engineering up to the operation of the PES - Processes which had been separate prior to this. ELOP II-NT allows the programming of the HIMA PES H41q/H51q-systems and the A-Series programmable micro controllers per Drag&Drop.
The Engineering package fulfils all the requirements placed on hardware-neutral engineering. It provides the entire range of functions necessary for planning, designing the logic and off-line testing. Not only to de-vise target system neutral function plans for task oriented planning ELOP II-NT also facilitates data exchange with CAE tools based on logiCAD/32. Revision management and work groupspecific user administration provide the possibility of direct access to data groups, thus increasing the understanding of complex processes. Project documentation and data admini-stration are realized directly with ELOP II-NT.
The Operation package integrates all functions allowing clear programing, safe operation and smooth maintenance of all HIMA PES. Here,the system neutral function plans created with the ELOP II-NT package will be completed by task-oriented configurations. The double effort of repeated data capture is eliminated and potential capture mistakes are avoided.
The Professional package comprises both the Engineering and Operation package which is available now. Each single package as well as the Lite package for A-Series programmable micro controllers coming up soon.
