Refund Policy

Any products purchased may be returned for a full credit or for an exchange. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another product sold by Risknowlogy. However, before any refund or exchange will be made available, the customer must return to Risknowlogy, a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Risknowlogy that they need such form. To obtain an refund or exchange, you must notify Risknowlogy, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Risknowlogy electronically by PDF or by regular mail, within 10 days, in order to obtain the refund or exchange.
