ICS Triplex Announces Strategic Alliance with Yokogawa for Compressor Control Applications
ICS Triplex, the leading supplier of high availability, high reliability Triple Modular Redundant technology, announces that it has formed an alliance with Yokogawa Electric Corporation to provide compressor control technology for the S TARDOM TM Network-based Control System.
“The Yokogawa STARDOM platform has the performance and programming tools necessary to successfully implement compressor controls , ” said Rick McLin, Engineering General Manager at ICS Triplex. “ICS Triplex has thousands of compressor control applications worldwide and the alliance with Yokogawa gives us the opportunity to offer our advanced surge control algorithms and patented technology in a seamless networked environment , ” he added.
STARDOM provides for an autonomous controller, high-speed control execution function, and networkable capabilities that are perfectly suitable for embedding ICS Triplex compressor control algorithms.
