ICS Triplex has launched a new services department focusing on the regional capabilities and engineering expertise of the team currently known as Customer Care.
"The new name, Regional Technical Services, highlights all our strengths," said Martin Snow, Operations Director. He explains: "Our superior service skills are a result of our 'Customer led' philosophy and our engineers have expert and specialist knowledge which is available to our customers on a regional level." RTS like Systems Engineering and Safety Engineering Resources (SER) belongs to the Engineering Services branch of ICS Triplex.
The new logo was designed to give the RTS team an identity that highlights their importance but also represents the ICS Triplex brand.
