HIMA is the first manufacturer worldwide with IEC 61508 certification

HIMA is the first manufacturer of safety-related automation systems worldwide to receive the "Functional Safety Management - IEC 61508" certificate. The new standard not only covers critical testing for products, but also their development and production. This certificate confirms that the development and manufacture of HIMA systems conforms to IEC 61508 and once again underlines the HIMA commitment to quality.

Alongside this manufacturer's certificate, HIMA has already received the equivalent product certificates for its current product ranges H41q/H51q, Planar4 and HIMatrix. The products therefore comply with the very latest standards and requirements, which for customers means long-term security of investment.
